About The Velar Group

Our Mission

The Velar Group is a California-based real estate and lodging firm built to serve government — at the federal, state, and local level. We're new as a prime contractor, but the people behind it aren't new to this work. We've spent years securing, leasing, and managing real estate and lodging in the private sector, and we started Velar to bring that same hands-on discipline to government requirements.

We're deliberately focused. Instead of listing every service a contractor could theoretically offer, we concentrate on what we actually know: real estate, leasing, lodging, and the services that surround them. Our SAM.gov registration is in progress as we prepare to bid directly.

The Prime Contractor Model

When we hold the contract, we hold the responsibility. If a requirement needs a specialized partner, we bring one in — but performance, compliance, and communication stay with us. Contracting officers get one company that owns the result and one number to call.
